1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by NNI Design Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

NNI Design Studio provides AI-powered video production services including social media reels, product videos, ad creatives, explainer videos, and spokesperson content. Services are provided electronically with deliverables shared via cloud platforms.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete project briefs
• Supply all necessary brand assets, guidelines, and reference materials
• Review and provide feedback within the agreed revision period
• Not use deliverables for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Ensure all content provided to us (logos, product images, etc.) is owned or licensed for use

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered videos for commercial purposes. NNI Design Studio retains the right to showcase delivered work in its portfolio unless a specific NDA provision prevents this.

The underlying AI models, production workflows, tools, and processes remain the intellectual property of NNI Design Studio.

5. Revisions Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond the included rounds or outside the revision window are subject to additional fees. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original brief — substantial scope changes constitute a new project.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before production commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly packages are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• Late payments may result in project pauses
• Refunds are not available once production has commenced, except in cases of complete failure to deliver
• Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, Wise

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of white-label partnerships. Upon request and execution of a mutual NDA, we agree not to disclose the agency's use of our services to their clients or third parties. Client briefs, brand materials, and project details are kept strictly confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

NNI Design Studio's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

9. Cancellation

Monthly packages may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period. Projects cancelled mid-production are billed for work completed to that point.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
